Anyone in the community is welcome to submit a question for consideration — voters, students, business owners, activists, and residents across CD-34.
What Makes a Strong Debate Question?
When submitting a question, please keep the following in mind:
✔ Focus on issues that affect Congressional District 34, South Texas, and the United States
✔ Keep your question clear, concise, and respectful
✔ Ask questions that every candidate can answer
✔ Policy-focused questions are strongly encouraged
🚫 Questions That Will Not Be Used
To ensure fairness and respect for all candidates and attendees, we will not accept:
✘ Personal or attack-style questions
✘ Defamatory or inappropriate language
✘ Rumors, gossip, or unverified claims
✘ Questions unrelated to public policy or the role of Congress

A review panel will carefully evaluate submitted questions to:
• Ensure fairness and balance
• Avoid duplicate questions
• Cover a broad range of issues
• Maintain debate time structure
